Restore the Core zaps low belly sag in no time. It takes saggy stomach muscles through an intense and highly specialized mat Pilates-style class. Restore the Core focuses on form and function, restoring the strength and the abdominal wall and pelvic floor by working all the muscles attached to the spine and hip. You'll retrain all core muscles (transverse and rectus abdominus, internal and external obliques) as well as inner and outer thights, back, glutes and hamstrings.
Wheather your baby is 3 months or 30 years old- this workout is perfect for moms of all ages.
Taking a 50-minute Restore the Core class will result in a noticeably slimmer midsection in just 8-10 weeks!
MOMMYMUSCLE SCULPT:
Is a 30 minute resistance training class. We work both upper and lower body while combining a little bit of cardio. We use the weighted mommymuscle bars and tubes.Resistance training is a great class to build muscle and see your body transform!
