Wednesdays at 9:00am, we meet at Sedgwick County Park right by the SunRise play area! You can get there right off of 21st, take a Left onto North Shore into the park and then take your first left. We start class right on the basketball courts!
This is only for the month of May. During June and July, we will be meeting at Sedgwick County Zoo on Wednesdays!
Tonya put us through a leg/cardio workout today. Nothing like being back by Tonya's favorite hill!!!
See everybody next Wednesday!
Tomorrow we meet back at Exploration Place, but class starts at 8:45. Get ready for Power StrollerFit!!!
