IT IS DAD'S WORKOUT DAY!!!! Don't forget to bring towels for the YWCA Women's Crisis Center!

We will be at TOWNE WEST today- 9am in front of JC Penny's! If it is not raining while we are there we will go outside to workout and then inside to do our core work and let the little ones play!!! I promise you will still get a GREAT WORKOUT IN!!!
