No StrollerFit tomorrow & River Run Info.

Just a reminder that there will be NO STROLLERFIT CLASS TOMORROW, MAY 8TH due to the River Run activities!!!
If you are running the 10K and plan on meeting between 7:30-7:45am at Topeka and Douglas please let me know by responding back to this email! The race begins at Broadway and Douglas (where you can pick up your packets in front of the Bank of America building). The 10K race ends in front of the Broadview. After the 10K I will walk back down to the corner of Topeka and Douglas to see if anyone is there for the 2 mile run/walk! Let's make the corner of Topeka and Douglas our meeting place!
***You can pick up your packet today at the Bank of America building between 9am-6pm (downtown- Broadway and Douglas)!!!!***
Remember to plan out your morning:
1. Get plenty of sleep tonight
2. Eat the same thing you always eat in the morning
3. How are you getting to the race- driving (where are you going to park) or is somebody dropping you off???
4. If you are picking up your packet tomorrow morning- what are you going to do with it?
5. How are you getting home?
