Memorial Day Weekend Tips and NEW Summer 8 Week mommymuscle Challenge

Memorial Weekend is here and you know what that means summer is right around the corner! Here are a few tips to watch your weight from the Boston Fitness Examinar:

*Don't drink Beer! If you want to drink have something that is clear- like Vodka soda.
*Watch your portion sizes. Don't eat chips out of a bag, put some on a plate then throw the plate away and step away from the food. Try to eat food only with a fork and don't go back for seconds.
*Do several planks a day. Turn over on your beach towel at the pool (or beach) and do plank for 1 min.!

Another great way to stay in check is to have great support! Tell your friends and family that you want to do fun outdoor activities! Play tag, frisbee, go on bike rides, walks, swim, etc. Don't stand around the food or better yet don't have the food out all the time!

Speaking of support doing the 8 week summer mommymuscle challenge is a great way to have support in your journey to a healthier life!

Get weekly support emails and homework! Be able to talk with others that are doing the same thing you are. I am always here for you and you can contact me anytime!

*The mom who does the most push ups
*The mom who does the most squats
*The mom who runs the fastest 1/2 mile
