MommyMuscle 8 Week Challenge
Date : Sunday, March 28th - May 23rd
 
It's time to start the 2nd session of the MommyMuscle 8-week challenge!  The first set of 8-week challenge ladies are finishing up their assessments and this is what one woman had to say :
"Not only do I feel stronger physically, I feel stronger mentally and emotionally.  I had no idea how it was going to be with my husband gone during the week, but this challenge came at the perfect time.  It has helped me push myself and become stronger physically.  Probably without even knowing it, I began pushing myself in other areas and just became a stronger person overall.  I'm not done yet!"


Other ladies have said it helped them stay motivated, held them accountable, and they pushed themselves more by doing the 8-week challenge!

One woman lost 2% body fat in 8 weeks (which is great!) and gained 2% of muscle!!!  She is headed in the right direction!

Now it is your turn to get on the right track and have something to help you with your goals and to hold you accountable!!!   You have nothing to lose by weight and inches!!!

FIRST ASSESSMENT : Harrison Park on Sunday, March 28th  Option #1 will start at 1:30pm, Option #2 will start at 2:30pm.  Meet at tennis courts.

FINAL ASSESSMENT : Harrison Park on Sunday,  May 23rd  Option #1 will start at 1:30pm, Option #2 will start at 2:30pm.  Meet at tennis courts.

WHAT IS INVOLVED?
We will measure your strength, balance, agility, flexibility, aerobic condition, possibly weight, body fat, take your body measurements, visceral fat (the fat around your organs), BMI, your % of muscle.

Then I will give you homework each week to do that will help you progress up slowly and get stronger!  The key is to be consistant.  You have to do the homework, get to class, go to the gym, eat healthy, set your goals, plan out your week, keep a journal, to be successful, and to stay successful!!!
This challenge will help with all of that!  This is how you are going to see results!  Ask any of the women who followed the instructions for the last challenge!  This is your life!  Take charge of it!  If you don't, who will???

To not focus so much on what the scale says, we are going to have 2 options of payment this challenge!  There are some people for who the scale only adds stress!

OPTIONS AND COST :
#1 : Assessing strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, balance/agility, and core strength.  (we will be doing different exercises than in the first challenge)  Plus getting homework every week and constant emails!
$25.00 for the 8 weeks

#2 : Everything included in Option #1,  PLUS weighing, body fat, viseral fat, BMI, % of muscle, and body measurements.
$35 for the 8 weeks
